Sanin Pasagic
Principal, Owner & Notary Public
I have been a solicitor and resident in South East Melbourne over the past decade and have established a vibrant legal practice that assists individuals and businesses alike. When I decided to establish my own business, I did it with the intention of building a practice that was about more than just successful legal outcomes. My goal was to establish a practice that provided real accessibility in times of need for my clients, was cost effective and provided practical solutions. I have built my business based on this mission.
Expertise
Sanin’s expertise:
- Conducting commercial litigation in a variety of matters in all Courts and Tribunals both in Victoria and interstate.
- Extensive property experience dealing with sales and purchases of residential and commercial properties, subdivisions and leases.
- Advising clients on complex areas of law including, insolvency and bankruptcy, regulatory matters, general commercial matters, business transactional matters, estate planning and private client work.
Qualifications
Sanin’s qualifications include:
- Bachelor of Law (with Honours) from Deakin University,
- Master of Commercial Law from Monash University
- Graduate Diploma of Applied Law (Commercial Litigation).
- Notary Public – Member of the Society of Notaries of Victoria
Sanin is also fluent in both German and Croatian.
Linda Di Trocchio
Special Counsel
I joined Parkston Lawyers after serving over 10 years’ in private practice in a well-recognized CBD firm. I handle our firm’s intellectual property, commercial and litigation work and particularly enjoy applying my skills to help startups. My goal is to ensure our firm stays at the forefront of new developments in both business and technology.

Linda is also fluent in Italian.
Cassandra Tzardis
Law Clerk
I have in excess of 9 years’ experience working as a law clerk in litigation and property matters. My goal is to ensure all my clients’ conveyancing matters are dealt with efficiently and professionally, always keeping my clients’ updated throughout the process.
